Bookings and Cancellations Policy:

At Muttin Around, we understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel a booking. However, each reservation blocks space that could have been used for another pet. To minimize the impact on our business, we have a cancellation policy in place throughout the year..

• Advance Cancellations: 

- Bookings must be canceled at least 14 days prior to the check-in date to avoid cancellation fees.

• Late Cancellation Fees:

- More than 14 days prior to check-in: No cancellation fee.

- Less than 14 days (but more than 7 days) prior: 33% of the original booking fee.

- Less than 4 days prior: 50% of the original booking fee.
